The Importance of Time-Based Buildings
animation has a very hard time working hourly or buildings like that. Now it's easier if we'd say we block out weeks or months on a project because it is a longer haul for likely social media posts to be days. It just changes the mentality out of everyone works. I'd remove the idea of time-based buildings from the individual all the way up and everyone works more efficiently.
