It's an important point that i think the the listeners should recognize. Whilst getting professional help is definitely recommended for some severe things, at first it could just be peare support. For some of these events that are not normal and that are incredibly traumatic, a very hard to unde stand for people who haven't been there before. It can take up to two years - let's say lane had shot that individual and he died of those those injuries. So in that entire time, this is hanging over them. And so we have these expectations that law enforcement officers can do superhuman things, but they're human beings doing a very challenging job.
