What's Going on With the Lightning Strike?
A lightning strike is a universal sign of god's displeasure with something, says Pope Francis. A conspiracy to elect pope francis could have been part of the reason he was elected in the first-ever papal conclave that took place in March 2013. But even if cardinals who were excommunicated voted for him despite their actions, it doesn't mean they didn't do so licitly and should not be counted as valid votes.
