Is the Cooperative a Limitation?
Co-operatives are a form of association that can be set up by individuals or groups. The idea is to create an unincorporated association, which creates unlimited joint and several legal liability. But at the same time, there really isan risk associated with ono anonomizing every aspect of an organization. So i think we've been quick to embrace the da vocabulary and norms as fata complete.
