What Are the Trends in Spiritual Formation?

When i started this work 15 or 20 years ago, there was a lot of silos in the spiritual formation space. And generally, what i see is a breaking down of some of those silos so that a person can be justice oriented and am tapped into the holy spirit. What seems more scarce is the deep, honest relationships and the commitment to shareda shared journey of practices. We've got our work cut out for us figuring how a especially in a hyper individualistic world like the one we live in.
