There are four categories of things that we can pro actively do, regardless of what brought us to this moment in life. The first one refers back to a term that you brought up earlier in our conversation, which is heart rate variability. I'm wearing a little thing on my hand that tracts h ar v and all sorts of other unelic biohacking type of metrics from my body. It gives me readiness scores to step into the day or exert myself really intensely or not - based in no small part on this thing called heart rat variability.
