Why Is It Important to Estimate Your Work?
Stacey: It's super important for your stakeholders to be aware of the estimates. Do you all use tools that help you? Stacey: I've tried so many different tools for prioritizing or from estimates, but I'm curious what you all use. Jira has this thing called Agile Poker, or this, basically it's a way for you to like get into virtually on the Jira board and you can estimate. So that's been such an awesome tool that we've used. Right now my team is using Trello just because we're building Trello,. But it's good to like quote dog food or you know, use the thing that you're building.
