Are You a Purposeful Worker?

For the majority of people, work has been pretty awful. I find my cameradery in connection and my domestic centring really important. But i'm not trying to say that everybody does or should or could love their work. If you run an organization that says, we are very supportive of mental ill health, what you're not saying is: We want to promote mental wellness. It's the emphasis you give. And all i want people who work to do is to say, gosh, do you think i ought to want to do this job? And if not, maybe i should do a different job.
