Garthi Akana's Resourcing Issues

There's been a lot of talk about this for a long time. I think when it comes to priorities, this has very much been put on the back burner. And maybe with all that's happened in the last year, maybe Noy, it's been pushed to the forefront again. But as Del said, there was a lot of kicking the can during the road. It's not happening at a pace, but it does happen. We hear it consistently from Garthi. We're not being resourced enough to be down at community level. Is that something that really needs to be looked at?
