The Story of Independence Day
In the 1870s white mobs began attacking black gatherings in July 4th. In soon state legislatures passed laws banning celebrations near black neighborhoods. So I don't know about you, but this July 4th I'll be celebrating Independence Day as hard as I celebrate Juneteenth. As a day of freedom for all Americans.
