PFF has a higher yield but a lower correlation to the other things in the portfolio. So it's kind of like another REIT in there, if you were to put it in there with your REITs. It pays a little more, and it's not quite as correlated. If you did not already have something in your portfolio that generated income, PFF would be a good option.
