I like to say on cinnamon, I have almond milk with my organic coffee and like a small, small amount of Stevia. One day maybe I'll kick the Stevia, but for now I find it just helps a little bit. And then this doesn't change very much. It's literally just like a sprouted toast or I should say sprouted bread. Then I will take some vitamin D drops and she will give some to Brad. So that's just kind of like the morning situation throughout the day. We try to walk two to three times around the block throughout the week.
