Is There a Time Line for Progress?

Mae: I'm curious as to when did they go from super mediaeval to kind of spinning what seems like several decades here. And also, the one question i had was, how did sased set this up? Cause he says, i wanted you to have the radio a hundred years ago. Well, to go from where they were at the end of hero of ages to the radio in 200 years would be messy. Maybe sazed isn't quite so wise as hon it speaks tinks and it speaks to sazed's character a litle bit.
