How to Negotiate a Raised Salary

There's a whole culture out there of using Go as the new kind of Java to do like microservices and that stuff. Microsoft is trying to do it with a C sharp and blazer which compiles your C sharp code to web assembly but I think they're some pretty big downsides to that approach.
