The idea that i must only drink when i feel like drinking feels that for me, igo. I've got to drink more than half a bottle of water in four hours, surely, but my body's not telling me that i should. It is such wo talk about this, the more i start to give the this idea that it's so hard to convince people of this sort of mechanism. And as i mentionedhat the concept of humans being persistent hunters has enabled us to develop the ability to delay their thirst and to tolerate its consequences. Without that adaptation we wouldn't have evolved the way we did.
