i had done all this work in digital health to look at what signals we can find about people's behavior from digi. And that includes text messages. You know, can a text message tell if you're depressed or if you're suicidal? Ind so even these people who are really the masters of the digital world were having trouble with their digital communication. So i wrote it for people, because i really wanted people to feel armed with these tools. In this day and age, it's such a primary form of communication. It's so important.
