Designing a Place to Prevent Homelessness
N. N. Plaza itself a dream that proved no match for its burden. Halpen too had a vision for something decent of the grace of public spaces. But when this dream was overlaid on a real place, it just didn't work out. I'm not sure edn now, if i were going to be asked to design this, how much i would change.
