What's Happening With Russia and the US Dollar?

Sally Kohn: Were you a bit surprised at the actions that we saw on the back of the Ukraine war? I mean, being here in London and just knowing that all of a sudden just things were being pulled even to the detriment of the credibility of the US dollar. She says it doesn't really surprise me that wasn't as targeted to actually what the US was trying to stop or to do. The reality of the dollar has continued to rally since that time for multiple reasons.
