Arbitrum had a little issue last week where basically it was unable to post transactions to mainnet. So whether or not it was actually down could be up in the air. There was a little bug. It was fixed and the gas was added back into the sequencer. But it was definitely an interesting time that deserves a comment for probably a hot seat as well.
