The Problem With Grilling Vegetables
"I'm not, I'm not a fan of the grill burger," he says. "It's like one of those sea creatures that laid millions and millions of eggs, but only like two of them survived." Onions almost never make it onto burgers because they fall through the cracks when grilled over. Grilled chicken is great for 'spatchcock' chicken thighs or lamb chops.
