I think the worry is nobody would really want to do it. Think of it best way. I can see somebody who is very paternalistic and also misguided saying I want to protect people from working in sweatshops, sweatshops at horrible places to work. And that's perverse because if nobody would want to doIt, you don't need a law. Nobody wakes up in the morning thinking, what should I do today? I'll sell a kidney.
