Is It Possible to Create a New Subscription for a Topic?

I use it like the stunted topics and scriptions, where some business event is published to a topic. And then each area of the business or the code base that's interested in that event quates its own subscription. Is making sure that only one of them gets it. But as you say, it's kind of, if you actually want all of them to get it, that's quite an interesting problem. I mean, some of it has to do with the conventions of mass transit.
