How to Deploy to a Cloud Environment?

i was wondering what you used to store your credentials and how those are managed. I use the supplication called passport safe. It can save my passports and whatever. And then i simply do a beck up of this kayse and of this passport to some other secure physical location. But basic, i don't use any service on line for that.
