The Negative Consequences of Not Taking Time for Yourself
There are negative consequences that can come from constantly being busy and never taking time for yourself. You get caught in the cycle of never really having downtime, whether it is like physically or even mentally because there's that inner dialogue going on. And burnout is when you reach a point of basically you have nothing left to give. Also things like stress and chronic stress can come as a result of not taking time to recharge.
