Is the Inductive Argument True?

i don't think we're in a position of knowing enough about the brain to make good with this inductive argument. The thing that really swung it for me was a reading matthew cobbs's book, the idea of the brain. We'd have to know a lot more about how functions of the brain are realized at the celluar level,. In order to know if they're reduce able to underlying physics or whether there are some extra principles, extra new causal dynamics that kick in at those higher levels. So i think shaw needs to think bit more about exactly what's included in physics such as to guarantee causoplosure.
