Are Easy Runs Better Than Slower Runs?

Strafa: In general bein running easy is always good. Running easier when you're supposed to and in recovery. Some runners, again, at a slower pace, they don't really experience forces that are that different compared to the race runner. A lot of slow runners will still do their easy runs at like seven 30 to eight 30 pace. And some people say, run two minutes slowerthin your race than your five car ray space. That should be your easier run pace.
