The Basques Are the Herders of the Cavars
People came in from the armenian plateau, present day turkey, ten thousand years ago. They were probably herding animals. Either they were hurting animals up and down th mountains, or they'll follow hem - which is really the same thing. And so the i believe that they at some point they he they had a better way of following or managing the herds without having an ownership of the herds like we have to day.
