Investing in Shore Term Rentals
The economics alone are not enough to choose a specific location. You need to know that the economy is going to be strong, but you also need to know what dynamics of that economy will support your strategy. Just because it's a great place to invest doesn't necessarily mean it's agreat place to have a short term rental. The way to navigate that risk is to look at occupancy rates beforehand and see how the bookings have gone for various shore term rentals in that area.
