Skating - I'm Trying to Stay in It
I enjoy working out. I enjoy doing all the those things still. So i think that that bodes well for me. But a one thing i have changed as i usually take a lot more time off the ice, but, ah, just to stay in it. It's nice to nice at least o put the work in and try and learn something new. You can't lose your skating legs if you never stop skating.You cont skate every week for the whole year. You'll feel good all the time.
