Géal Bea Gay tried to win back his wife, Marie-Onges. He acted as though they were already married and treated her better than she was used to. A week later he told her that he was going to leave his wife Rita in order for them to be together again. But divorce wasn't an option so he decided to kill the woman who had broken up with him.
