Some of our more recent posts have very struggling with reach. Playing the numbers game is always, I think, a race to the bottom. It doesn't really matter that we have lots of traffic or that we have 20,000 podcast listeners for every episode. What matters is that we stay true to our values while keeping our audience at the very least consistent and stable.
