How to Be a Robust Athlete

The longer the duration, the more things you have to do right. The first measure of robustness is going to be just tolerating a pretty high frequency of training. Can you train every day and feel these and recover between each workout? Are you managing that? Then let's get comfortable with longer duration. Then let's start adding in more intensity.
