Are You Using Left-Right Data to Make You a Faster Cyclist?
More power meters are coming out that measure left-right just within the last month. That's really our focus is whatever data we have, we just want to use it to make you a faster cyclist. As far as setting your resistance based on a negative four to plus nine, just a set scale of resistance, or alternatively set the wattage. I don't think that trainer has org mode. If it does, then that's the best way to use it. Except perhaps in base training,. if you're looking for a long, steady effort, that might work just fine.
