I've Been Through a Lot of Heart Palpitations, but I'm Not Sure What to Do About It.
Am, as somebody who probably leans just naturally toward the more cerebral, intellectual side of stuff, and then the culture pushing you even more there. There've been breakthrough moments for me in my own development where the rational jist fell completely apart with something emotional that happens. And i think it's actually really helpful and healthy, am, because they are kind of releasing into that waterfall experience where the disorder is everywhere. But what frustrates me sometimes is that we continue in with the partial engagement, that it's often a rational thing. I have been connected to some pentecostal communities and traditions which try to use themot to be very controlling.
