In the early days, it was like a docu-series in Orange County pretty much. But now it's almost like the Real Housewives, all these seasons later is like survivor, but at a dinner table. And what's most culty about it is that seemingly well-meaning people, like has a nice husband and kids and is like normal. They'll get cast and then they're under this structure and they get compromised. I feel like the transformation is also part of what the audience leans into.
