"I find myself still struggling to figure out some days which of these competing, interesting opportunities are actually the big three," he says. "If you don't have a clear vision for your life, and I'm talking about something written ... then all of a sudden, it's easy to get sidetracked and distracted by a million different things." He advises people to divide their goals into four parts: team first, products or services next, financial results after that. 'The team is the foundation that drives everything else'
