The list command in series shortcuts just basically allows you to put a predefined list on the screen and then the user picks one. And that is when I so I guess we didn't mention it, but I when I worked at workflow I wrote the documentation with the team and the difference between choose from list and list and then choose from menu is definitely confusing. So instead of acting on the list item from the menu, it's just a different direction that you're going.
