Do Boys Need a Challenge to Become an Adult?

Backer says we need a challenge to become an adult like the ancient indians. He plans to do this with his own children, but i tri and i plannd to do it early,. maybe aged 15, somewhere around there. And yes, i think boys especially need this desperately. Backer: "We need a clear mark so that our children will not feel like children forever"
