Im: I spent a lot of time with other educators around the country, gaduit, non jesuit, from jesuite institutions. i kind of targeted schools that had success in retaining and ing first gen students of color who erpell eligible. And so wecreated the writing fellows and the mass fellows. All of a sudden the stigma disappeared because, oh, i went to high school with her,. Oh, you know, we had lunch together to day. So it became much more accessible and not stigmatizing activity.
