I think this study has been instrumentally making the thing, we need to sort of be pushing that out a few more hours. It'd be really interesting to kind of just extrapolate some of those curves and see where the actual baseline comes back to. But ultimately it's not stopping us from training, I don't think. If a T is going to be a problem, if we've still got T for a previous workout, but we can manipulate downwards the magnitude of T relative to each stimulus that we're creating. Right? So with all of that laid in place, now we can actually think we can get into the what are, what does the research show,. What are our thoughts
