Is Your Company a Private Company or a Public Company?

I don't think it really changed our deal making too much a private company versus firs as public company. The only thing that i changed for us is communication to the employee, an making sure that we communicated de one to the employees all of these financial mecords. Tows cers wos like doing deals as a private company and then joing im as a public company. You have that trust in that you can just be transparent about everything. Because that's value. Is now what our store is. I love the transparency, an love hate relationship because any seller can self qualify us,. And we're not going to surprise them with some different valuation.
