Customer insights can serve any job that you're doing at that micro level. But in terms of where are we going as an organization, what products are we going to build? I think that there should be then company should really think about having a head of strategy. Could be a ceo and a lot of companies, but i acknowledge that the ceo doesn't do a lot of customer insights in companies.
