i think that's important too, is that the individuals running the meetings also need to make sure that they understand who's in the meeting. And being able to include everybody in the meeting is so important. I tell everyone, you should stay away from notes on yourself, on i meetings, becauseit is, it can send the wrong message very, very fast. Ah, makes a lot of sense for for introverts in particular, because you might be saying some things with your body language. If you've got really, a really good facilitator at the helm, they can say, oh, i see susan is shaking her head. Did you want to add something to that?
