The Risks of Infralateral Genital Nerve Blocks

When i first started reading about genicular blocks all the stuff came from the chronic pain world and i think they're feeling an advocacy about omitting the inferior lateral. I began to think you know what man i'm using ultrasound and i'm only using a few mills of local anesthetic is it really a risk. So we've added i've added that back in to my to my mix and just forgive my anatomical lapse and knowledge here.
