The Importance of Diversity in the Investment Industry
I recognize that the majority of what I'm saying in this conversation comes from like a very privileged place. And I do think that there is just the baseline of understanding that, you know, women or men or whoever, anybody can walk into school and realize they can skip the line. You don't have to work year in and year out for a salary and live paycheck to paycheck. That's something that has been sort of limited knowledge to the 1% or point whatever 1%, right? There's a shift that's happening. It's so exciting to think about people living up to their full potential and having the freedom and education required in order to do so.
