What Are You Going to Say?

I think it's easy to get caught up in the fear of what am I going to say, right? What you've got to be is a good human. And every time you step up to the plate and you're actually having a conversation with somebody who has a problem, like foreclosure, it's a big, big thing. Don't freak out about the actual verbiage of it. Follow simple scripts and then be a human because that's what people want to relate to.
