Climate Change and the New Constitution?

There's been a lot of discussion about this new constitution, as i think the term used is an ecological constitution. The f i m a n g o argues currently that the constitution needs to enshrine a human right to water and recognize it as a common good. What do you think is reasonable to expect from this new constitution in termso climate change, in terms of ecological justice? Sa, think not the rightse of water. Because his, it's more than that. Is just like, like, am ecological equality, equity.
