With present transactions the policy is already in a single point of failure but it might not be enforced if people are trying to fuck with you by feeling all the blacks for instance. It would basically alert you every time it saw something move on chain that might be one of your vaults. There would be a lot of false positives and you would have to have software kind of running on your vault.
