The Fucking Wrong Decision

I had a situation where one of the main guys I trusted promoted a guy to a management situation. He's like, what do you pay me to do? And I'm like, yeah, well, that's a fucking wrong decision,. Well, so he goes, well, give him, give him 60 days and then if he's not good, I'll demote him. Because, you know, you can't just like, I don't know. You've got to trust the people that know.
