Shadow CJS Build Report

The build report is one way to support the well if you will the development with actually more like a release what are the development well features the shadow cjs have right so for closed script we obviously need hot reload which thing we made popular and shadow cjs just supports all of the box too. So that's usually if you run if you use react or reagent or whatever that's usually function that then just re-renders your UI to update with updated code yeah.
